Lemon Poppy Seed Biscuits

Growing up, I remember my parents having healthy resolutions in the new year and having a huge emphasis on citrus in that time. Lemon, grapefruit, anything that would lift flavors and give some great benefits along the way.

Infusing flavors in biscuits is difficult, so we've turned to lemon poppy seed to pack a punch. These biscuits are light, airy, and fresh indulgence after the holiday season. Think: your fav muffin or pound cake – goes biscuit!
