A Callie's Hot Little Biscuit shortcake biscuit is a light and sweet. It is delightfully crumbly in texture (make it perfect to pair with a rich sauce, syrup, or icing) and has a crispy top due to our signature sprinkle of Turbinado sugar.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees for savory biscuits (buttermilk, cheese & chive, sharp cheddar, ham, sausage) or 350 degrees for sweet biscuits (cinnamon, iced blueberry).
- Remove biscuits from plastic wrap and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake approximately 20-25 minutes – oven times may vary.
- Open the foil so the biscuit tops are exposed. Bake for five more minutes until golden brown.
